The instructions we provide are guidelines only, and will not thoroughly explain how to set up a racing vehicle. All orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following
business day. All orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise
specified. Large orders may require some additional lead time. Leadtime varies during
our busy winter and holiday seasons. Please place your winter and holiday orders early
to ensure on-time delivery.
Refunds and Returns: You may return unopened product sold and fulfilled by
TEAM Aftermarket within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll
pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. You will need to contact us to receive a return authorization .
Any TEAM Aftermarket custom-ordered items and custom imprinted
items are made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be
Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Paypal. Your
credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. Prices are subject to

For Dealer Purchasing, a Dealer Account may be established upon credit
application and approval. Your first order must be paid via credit card which will
be kept on file for future orders. Custom orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Shipping: Items shipped from our facility are shipped via UPS.
Ground shipping charges are applicable and are determined using item weight,
size, destination and arrival date. A physical address is required for all
shipments: we cannot ship to a P. O. Box. Customers will be charged for
deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being
provided to us.
Every effort will be made to ship your order within 24-48 hours, unless it is a
large order for which arrangements will be made on an order by order basis.
We take care in packaging our parts for secure shipment. In the rare event that
damage does occur during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt
so that we may take appropriate corrective actions.
International Buyers, Please Note
Import duties, taxes and other charges are NOT included in the item Price or
Shipping charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your
country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be before
buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts -
International Government Regulations and US prohibit such behavior. Out of Stock: We diligently try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfill
all orders; however, occasionally one of our popular items may be temporarily
out of stock. In the event this occurs, we will contact you immediately via email for an
anticipated delivery date.
